What are the institutions that would pay for your medical education on work later for them after degree basis?

I heard that there are some institutions like teaching hospitals, hospitals and research institutions which pay for the cost of your medical education under the condition that you work for them after you finish your degree.

Can you name a few such institutions which would help a non-American and non-European commonwealth citizen study medicine?
(Cost to study premed+MD if in USA or cost to study MBBS/MD if in other parts of world.)
